PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent careless copying of disk content. SOLUTION: The optical disk has: a first area (4) including a first set of sectors (3<SB>13</SB>-3<SB>15</SB>); a second area (5); located after the first area (4), having at least one sector ID which duplicates the sector ID within the first set of the sectors; and a start sector (3<SB>3</SB>) located before the first area (4). The start sector (3<SB>3</SB>) is equipped with navigation data to make a pickup reading element move to the sector positioned after the sector of the second area (5) or the second area (5) when reading is started.
