PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening plant louver designed so that blade plates do not spoil the growth of plants and the plants are firmly fixed to the blade plates so as to prevent the plants from easily dropping off. SOLUTION: The greening plant louver is structured as follows: a planting mat 2 is attached to the upper surface of the blade plate 1 so that the growth of the plants such as mosses attached to the plant mat is not spoiled by the shade the blade plate gives; and the plants are firmly fixed to the upper surface of the blade plate via a bonding means or a joining means so as to prevent the plants from easily dropping off together with the planting mat.
