<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus operating method which records objective data about the probability of behavior where an apparatus manufacturer or a seller has adequately notified informations regarding hazardous properties or the like, capable of coming out as a result of an apparatus use to an apparatus user, in a state where a third party can confirm it in a post-fact manner, and to smoothly carry out adjustment among interested persons, even when an accident occurs as a result of the apparatus use. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus operating method is provided with an information notifying means to notify the information which the manufacturer or the seller of the apparatuses of an electrical apparatus or the like has to indicate or warn, in advance, regarding the apparatus use to a user, a user intention input means for inputting the result, from which the apparatus user decides whether the apparatus use is to be continued, after confirming a notification content, agreeing with it and approving it, that is, the intention information of the user regarding the apparatus use, and a user intention recording means for recording the input user intention information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
