PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-profile image display device of narrow frame with a mark of light emission-type arranged therein with proper balance near a display image. SOLUTION: The mark is arranged in a position concealing the matrix wiring and FPC of an image display panel and a structure for illuminating the mark is housed on the front surface side, or within the side face side of the image display panel.
