PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact buffering clasp which is easily assembled, is not easily disassembled once assembled, and stably secures desired buffering force. SOLUTION: The impact buffering clasp comprises a synthetic resin socket 110 having a cylindrical main body 111 extended from a belt mounting part 112 and a synthetic resin plug 120 having a frame-like main body 121 which can be fitted to the socket 110 extended from a belt kind mounting part 122, and a synthetic resin spring support member 130 is fitted slidably along the inner surface of the left and right frame bodies 121a and 121b of the frame-like main body 121. At this time, a spring 140 is independently interposed and supported between the inner surface of the frame body 121c on the counter belt kind mounting part side of the plug 120 and the spring support member 130. Locking pawls 135-137 provided on the spring support member 130 are locked to one or more locking pawl locking holes 114-116 formed on the opposite wall part in the thickness direction of the open side end part of the socket 110 so as to be integrated with the socket 110.
