The tip has a damper (2) and a metal tip (3) that forms a free tip (10) of the stick tip and is attached to a lower end section (6) of the damper. The metal tip is formed as a metal insert, and the damper is attachable one -side at lower end section of a leg of a nordic walking stick. A retaining opening (5) is formed in an upper end section (4) of the damper for the lower end section of the leg. The damper is formed from an elastic material such as rubber material.
