<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when there occurs an offset error in a resolver, an electrical angle specified by the resolver is displaced from an actual electrical angle of a motor, a current fed to the motor is displaced from a d-axis, a q-axis component is fed to the motor, and thus output torque is generated at the motor. <P>SOLUTION: The charge of a capacitor 42 is fed to the motor 20 as the d-axis current.
