PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular road surface contact suppressing device capable of suppressing the contact of a vehicle body with a road surface. SOLUTION: The vehicular road surface contact suppressing device comprises a gradient information acquisition means for acquiring gradient information of a road surface on a course of a vehicle, a changed position detection means for detecting the gradient change position from the acquired gradient information, a changed point angle detection means for detecting the angular change at the gradient change position detected from the acquired gradient information, a vehicle speed detection means for detecting the vehicle speed, a contact estimation means for estimating the contact of a vehicle with the road surface based on the detected angular change and vehicle speed at the gradient change position, and a contact suppression means for suppressing the contact of the vehicle with the road surface when the contact is estimated.
