PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrodynamic fluid bearing for adjusting a lubricating fluid amount necessary for the both-end opened fluid bearing with an inexpensive and easy method by preventing air from getting mixed in the bearing. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the both-end opened bearing used for a magnetic disk drive unit, etc., after the double-end opened hydrodynamic fluid bearing is poured with a lubricating fluid into the bearing inside by a vacuum pouring method, an excessive lubricating fluid is sucked from the bearing opening by a suction nozzle, and the lubricating fluid amount of the bearing opening is adjusted to meet the lubricating fluid amount necessary for the bearing.
