PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow-by gas treatment device capable of changing a supply passage of a blow-by gas according to intake air quantity. SOLUTION: The blow-by gas treatment device 100 is provided with a multiple cylinder type internal combustion engine, a first valve 5 provided in an intake air branching passage 2 of each cylinder of an internal combustion engine, a second valve 3 provided in a collecting passage 21 in an upstream side of the first valve and collecting intake branching passages, an intake air demanded quantity detection means 2 detecting intake air demanded quantity of the internal combustion engine, and a change over means changing over supply destination of an intake system of the internal combustion engine of blow-by gas generated from each cylinder according to intake air demanded quantity of the internal combustion engine.
