PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device excellent in maintenance and control properties and reliability, and capable of making a pump installation space small. SOLUTION: The pump device 10 is provided with a drive mechanism composed of a pump impeller 12, a reduction gear 17 and a driver 17. The pump impeller 2 is arranged in an upstream of a channel pipe 11 with orienting a main shaft there of in a longitudinal direction of the channel pipe. The channel pipe 11 in a downstream of the pump impeller 12 is divided into a plurality of channel pipes 11-1, 11-2 by providing a space region 13 at a center part. The divided channel pipe 11-1, 11-2 are arranged in a circumference part of the space region 13. The reduction gear 16 and the driver 17 of the driving mechanism are arranged in the space region 13.
