PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter regulated in the high-speed drive of a ground working implement. SOLUTION: The transplanter has such a mechanism that an operation system for a tiered traveling variable-speed section 27 in the transmission of a traveling machine body 1 joined with a planting working implement 7 and a second operation system for a driving on-off section 48 driven by the driving force transmitted from the traveling machine body 1 side and functioning to turn on/off the driving force for the ground working implement 17 for farm are made to interlock with each other so as to turn off the transmission of the driving force to the ground working implement 17 when the traveling speed of the traveling machine body 1 is varied so as to be higher than the implement 17's working traveling speed in the farm.
