THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT-CONDUCTIVE ADHESIVE GRAPHITE SHEET AND GRAPHITE SHEET

A method for preparing a graphite heat radiating sheet coated with a heat conductive adhesive, and the graphite heat radiating sheet prepared by the method are provided to improve heat conductivity and to prevent the scattering of a graphite powder. A method for preparing a graphite heat radiating sheet comprises the steps of (S1) preparing a silicone adhesive by using polydimethylsiloxane and a silicone resin; (S2) mixing the silicone adhesive with a heat conductive filler to prepare a heat conductive adhesive; (S3) coating the heat conductive adhesive on the one surface of a graphite heat radiating sheet; (S4) preparing a coating solution comprising a methyl methacrylate-trialkoxysilane copolymer; and (S5) coating the coating solution on the other surface of the graphite heat radiating sheet.
