<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply/discharge pump device making the liquid volume of a supply system same to that of a discharge system of dialysate, when removing moisture from the body fluid, easily and highly precisely corresponding thereto and smoothly supplying and discharging the dialysate without pulsation despite of a simple, small-size and inexpensive device constitution when dialyzing or depurating the body fluid using dialysate in particular; and to provide a supply/discharge method of dialysate using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This supply/discharge pump device is provided with pump chambers 42 and 45, movable diaphragms 43 and 46 dividing the inside of the pump chambers, and volume change mechanisms 51 provided on the inner walls of the pump chambers and changing the volume of the pump chamber insides.
