<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation device, an evaluation method, and an evaluation program for storing e-mails from a person assigning a job to a respondent, and from the respondent to the person assigning a job, and evaluating the respondent, which check the progress status of a job assigned to the respondent by the person assigning a job promptly, and evaluate the respondent by the points calculated based on the respondent's delivery time, degree of importance, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a means for receiving and storing e-mails by which a person assigns a job to a respondent, and to which point evaluation information regarding the job assignment is added, a means for storing the respondent's e-mails to the person who has assigned the job, and a means for calculating the respondent's points based on the stored e-mails and the added point evaluation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
