<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transmission system for school attending/leaving information for automatically notifying a guardian of a student that he or she does not arrive at school even after the predetermined time has passed. <P>SOLUTION: When the student carrying an IC card allows an attending card reader 1 to read the IC card, identification information stored in the IC card is transmitted to a management server 6 through an attendance management PC 2, and the current time is stored as the arrival time in an attendance recording database in a management server 6 using the identification information as a key.
