PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simpler protein immobilizing method which firmly immobilizes proteins to a solid-phase carrier 4 in an aligned manner, while retaining the activities and functionalities of the proteins. SOLUTION: The method comprises a first step of preparing a protein with peptide tag 3, having two or more continuous lysine residue groups at its N-terminal or C-terminal via two or more continuous glycine residue groups or proline residue groups; and a second step of making the protein with peptide tag 3 act on the solid-phase carrier 4, which has a reactive group covalently linkable to amino groups, and immobilizing the protein with peptide tag 3 to the solid-phase carrier 4.
