COATING COMPOSITION FOR BASE COAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating composition for a base coat, which is useful as a one-pack type coating composition and forms a coating film having an excellent resistance such as gasohol resistance, etc. SOLUTION: The coating composition for a base coat comprises a resin component containing≥1 mass% of a copolymer between a (meth)acrylic resin and a cellulose-based resin, preferably a graft polymer obtained by grafting a (meth)acrylic resin onto a cellulose-based resin. The graft polymer comprises preferably 0.1-50 mass% of the cellulose-based resin and 99.9-50 mass% of the (meth)acrylic resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
