<p>The mechanisms consists of the carrying frame (1) together with the central axle (2) being able to be rotated and this axle has a fixed connection with the conic wining drum (3) equipped with the circumferential guiding groove (4) having a shape closed to screw line. On the central axle (2) there is located at least one cylindrical drum (5) too. The tension rope (8) is jointed with the end of at least one the elastic rope (6).</p> |
