A solar heat generator using an electric lamp is provided to increase the temperature of the water in a boiler chamber by using an additional heat source as well as the solar heat. In a solar heat generator using an electric lamp, air is withdrawn from a closed cooling chamber(1) and a boiler chamber(2). The hot water made by the solar heat is heated again by the electricity and converted to vapor in the boiler chamber to produce power by rotating a turbine. The solar heat generator uses an additional power source without using the electricity. The additional power source may not be used to generate power.
