A branch structure of an exhaust pipe for a vehicle is provided to prevent a resonance phenomenon by removing the bending strength of a connecting pipe when the vehicle travels. A branch structure of an exhaust pipe(20) for a vehicle includes a connecting pipe(30) and a variable stay(40). The connecting pipe connects a muffler(10) and the exhaust pipe. The variable stay is installed in the connecting pipe to change the bending strength of the connecting pipe according to the travel condition of the vehicle. The variable stay includes a left stay(41), a right stay(42), and an actuator(43). One end of the left stay is rotatably connected to one side of the connecting pipe. One end of the right stay is hinge-coupled to the other end of the left stay and the other end thereof is rotatably connected to the other side of the connecting pipe. The actuator expands the right and left stays in a line while the vehicle is idling and folds the right and left stays while the vehicle is traveling.
