PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump capable of making a preliminary adjustment cope with a large change in tube diameter such as a change in use and purpose, while finely adjusting tube internal pressure (blocking-up pressure) without particularly adding an expensive mechanism and constitution. SOLUTION: This tube pump has a fine adjustment means by the threaded engagement of a bolt and a nut and a separate adjusting means by a spacer interposed and arranged for freely varying a fulcrum position of the bolt as a separate distance adjusting means of a casing inner peripheral surface and a roller outer peripheral surface mounted on a rotor for adjusting the internal pressure of an infusion tube. The spacer on the separate adjusting means has a step height arranged in the peripheral direction in the fitting inserting hole end peripheral edge forming a fulcrum of the bolt.
