A micro-particle deposition structure on a microspeaker diaphragm and a method for forming the diaphragm are provided to protect the diaphragm from an external impact by physically restraining an external dome portion capable of easily being transformed by heat. A high-strength micro-particle(30) is deposited on a lower portion(10) of a refractory material. A low-strength and high-depression material(20) is arranged on an upper portion of the refractory material, such that a three-layer composition structure is formed. A curved bridge(31) is resistant to a thermal deformation of an outer dome of the diaphragm, when the diaphragm is freely moved in a vertical direction. A deposition material is made of a low-thermal conductivity material, such that the diaphragm is protected from heat. A voice coil(40) is at a lower portion of the deposition material and a coil guiding line(41) is arranged along the bridge.
