PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a hose which can prevent the external rubber layer on the distal end section from being peeled. SOLUTION: After coaxially forming a resin layer 12 on the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical internal rubber layer by extrusion-molding, the resin layer 12 is introduced to a normal pressure plasma treating device 40 prior to the coaxial extrusion-molding of an external rubber layer 13 which is molded on the outer peripheral surface of the resin layer.
