PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an update system and method for a diversity set between a serving anchor base station and a mobile terminal. SOLUTION: The update method of the diversity set of a base station in a communication system includes the steps of transmitting the base station diversity set and a base station, recommended set to the mobile terminal; and generating a temporary base station diversity set, including base stations which are included in the base station diversity set and the base station recommended set.
