PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch manufactured at low costs by facilitating formation of a flow passage at a pouring part. SOLUTION: A flowing state holding member 8 having both arch pieces 8a, 8b is used for forming a flow passage 6 at a pouring part 5 in a pouch 1, thereby when peripheral edges of a synthetic resin film 2 serving as a front surface side and a rear surface side are melted and bonded to each other to make a bag shape (a pouch), both arch pieces 8a, 8b abut on each other the synthetic resin film 2 serving as the front and the rear surfaces to cause the flow passage 6 of the pouring-out part 5 of substantial tubular shape (substantial tunnel shape) to be formed easily and positively.
