PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firstly create a fence capable of capturing an object highly flying on water and an object floating under water and secondly to create a wide display surface on water. SOLUTION: A pillar 2 is inserted to a floating body 1 and a weight 3 is mounted to an end of the pillar. The required number of pillars 2 with floating bodies 1 and weights 3 of that constitution are arranged and connected to each other by a net or a curtain 4. If the object thus constituted is installed on water, the floating body 1 becomes fulcrum and the weight 3 side is sunk in underwater. Since the other end of the pillar 2 is lifted up over water, the net or the curtain 4 can be vertically stretched both in and on water. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
