PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdery granule disintegrating and sizing device which improves the flowability of powdery granules fed into the device, prevents the granules from sticking to the inner wall of the device, prevents excessive crushing, and increases throughput. SOLUTION: The powdery granule disintegrating and sizing device 1 is provided with; a driving shaft 9 which is arranged in the horizontal direction in a casing 2; a rotor 16 which is fixed to the driving shaft; and a granule-sizing stator 28 which is arranged opposite to the plate surface of the peripheral part of the rotor and has a slope to the plate surface of the rotor with the slope narrowing a gap toward the periphery of the rotor. In addition, the driving shaft 9 is supported in cantilever, and the rotor 16 is fixed to the open-side end part of the driving shaft 9. Then, the granule-sizing stator 28 is arranged across the whole periphery of the rotor, and a raw-material feeding inlet 24 is open in the vicinity of the center of the rotor, and a product-discharging outlet 22 is open in the vicinity of the direct underneath of the rotor.
