The drinking hot water tank between the heated drinking water distribution line and the cold water line is connected to the suction face of the feed pump. The plant for warming up of drinking water, comprises a cold water line connected to disinfection water cycle (2) with a feed pump (4), a water heater (5), a reaction space (6), a circulation water cycle (3) with a circulating pump, a heated drinking water distribution line to the sampling points, a heated drinking water collecting line and a preheater/ heat exchanger for the cooling down of the hot, disinfected water. The drinking hot water tank between the heated drinking water distribution line and the cold water line is connected to the suction face of the feed pump. A hot drinking water tank and a mixing zone, which is made of disinfected water from the reaction space and circulation water from the heated drinking water collecting line, are included in the plant. The outlet line of the preheater/heat exchanger is led on its hot water side to the drinking hot water tank, which is connected with the heated drinking water distribution line to the sampling points. The mixing zone of cooled feedback circulation water from the heated drinking water collecting line and of hot water from the reaction space or of cooled, disinfected water from the outlet line of the reaction space is arranged after the connection from the preheater/heat exchanger. The feed pump within the disinfection water circulation is either arranged within the cold water line or in an outlet line of the disinfected water from the water heater or in the outlet line from the reaction space or in the feeder line between the preheater/heat exchanger and the water heater. The reaction space and the storage space are arranged separate- and common containers. A reflux preventer is arranged in the heated drinking water collecting line downstream to the circulating pump in the flow direction. The feed pump is provided with a rotational speed controller, which is regulated by a sensor in the inlet line. A throttle organ is arranged downstream to the feed pump in the flow direction. A three-way valve is arranged between the cold water line and the feeder line for the regulation of the temperature in the heated drinking water distribution line between the hot outlet line and the heated drinking water distribution line, and is arranged in the heated drinking water collecting line. The three-way valve whose first way (A), second way (B) and third way are connected with the heated drinking water collecting line, outlet line and cold water line respectively over a bypass line with a reflux preventer. The three-way valve is designed either as a distribution valve or as mixing valve. The three-way valve is regulated by a sensor in the cold water inlet/discharge to the drinking hot water tank. A chemical disinfection mechanism and decalcifying mechanism are included in the cold water line to the preheater/heat exchanger. A flow valve, whose flow is regulated over a sensor in the warm water discharge line from the drinking hot water tank in the cold water line, is arranged upstream to the cold water inlet/discharge to the drinking hot water tank, with respect to the flow direction. A second water quantity limitation component is arranged in the heated drinking water collecting line of the circulation water cycle, which is upstream to the outlet line from the reaction space. The drinking hot water tank is connected between the heated drinking water distribution line and the cold water line and connected to the suction face of the feed pump on the one hand over the heated drinking water inlet/discharge line and on the other hand over the cold water inlet/discharge line.</p>
