<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like polymer flexible electrode that is used for manufacturing a flexible electrodevice by electric field drive, has improved conductive characteristics, has flexibility for following large deformation in electric field drive, is simple and inexpensive, and has high production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer flexible electrode is made of a film, containing 1-50 pts.wt. of thermoplastic elastomer and 10-50 pts.wt. of carbon nanofiber.
