PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveying controller capable of carrying out reciprocating left and right rotation motion of a discharge cylinder without troubling operator's hand and reducing operation load of the operator. SOLUTION: The powder conveying controller is constituted of a controlling part 1 for carrying out left and right rotation motion of a discharge cylinder 2 by inclining a guide direction of the discharge cylinder 2 for guiding and dropping discharged grains transferred to the top of a transfer cylinder of a powder conveyer to the left and right sides. The controlling part 1 controls the discharge cylinder 2 so as to carry out reciprocating left and right rotation motion in a prescribed angle range by discharge operation of the powder conveyer and stop for a definite time every the prescribed angle position.
