OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium having excellent initial electric characteristics and storage stability in heat and humidity.

SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium having at least an intermediate layer and a recording layer sequentially from a laser light radiation side, the intermediate layer comprises two or more layers constituted of materials different from each other. At least one layer of the intermediate layer comprising the two or more layers is a water vapor cut-off layer cutting off water vapor and the water vapor cut-off layer preferably has ≤1.0 g mm/cm2/d water vapor permeability.
