<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PCI Express expansion card that is compatible with a PCI Express x1 expansion card. <P>SOLUTION: The PCI Express expansion card comprises a printed board 1, an LSI circuit 2 mounted on the printed board 1, a bus switching circuit 3 for switching a bus connected to the LSI circuit 2, a first connector part 4 connected to the bus switching circuit 3 by signal lines for any one of PCI Express x2 to x16 expansion cards, a second connector part 5 connected to the bus switching circuit 3 by signal lines for a PCI Express x1 expansion card and mounted on the printed board 1 opposite to the first connector part 4, and a changeover switch 6 for supplying a signal to select either from any one of PCI Express x2 to x16 expansion cards and a PCI Express x1 expansion card to the LSI circuit 2 and bus switching circuit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
