<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid laser machining method and a device therefor where a high pressure liquid is jetted to a workpiece supported to a vertical direction in a liquid column shape, and further, the workpiece is subjected to required machining by laser light passed through the inside of the liquid column. <P>SOLUTION: The hybrid laser machining device 1 is equipped with: a machining table 4 of holding a workpiece 3 so as to be a vertical direction. The machining table 4 is supported by a moving means 8, and the machining table 4 can be moved vertically and horizontally by the moving means 8. When the workpiece 3 is held to the machining table 4, the workpiece 3 is supported in such a manner that the machining face becomes a vertical direction. In this state, a liquid column W is sprayed on the workpiece 3 from the machining head 2, simultaneously, laser light L is emitted, the piercing of a piercing hole is performed, and subsequently, cutting is performed. During the machining of the workpiece 3, since water emitted to the machining face and machining chips are dropt by gravity, the cleaning operation for the workpiece 3 after the completion of the machining and a water draining operation can be obviated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
