PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit instruction of speed change operation which is against the intention of a driver. SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program including a step S100 for judging a judgement gear step Gcd, a step S106 for prohibiting up-shift lighting if the judgement gear step changes (yes in S102) and downshift is selected (yes in S104), a step S108 for operating a timer, a step S114 for permitting to light an up-shift indication light if a speed change request is an up-shift request (yes in S110) and a timer setting time TU has elapsed (yes in S112), a step S116 for executing a normal lighting control if a judgement gear step is not changed (no in S102), down-shift is not selected (no in S104) or a speed change request is not an up-shift request (no in S110).
