PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drop-in washer to obtain sufficient durable force to be mounted on a back side where a large nail and a lead screw bolt are normally used to fasten for bolting an existing base material and an reinforcement if a washer cannot be mounted on the back side. SOLUTION: Notches 2 alternately pointing each other are provided for a square pipe 1 made of a flat steel. A bolt 3 of which tip end part is processed by straight angle machining is inserted to the square pipe 1 and aligned them in parallel to make them thin and they are inserted into a drill hole of the existing base material. Passing through the drill hole, the square pipe 1 is dropped and rotated, rotates and becomes impossible to remove. A vinyl chloride hollow barrel stopper 4 is inserted to the bolt 3 and a long-body nut 6 with the barrel stopper 4 is fastened while preventing corotation and they are fixed respectively. The existing base material is fastened and fixed by the barrel stop 4 and a vinyl chloride large nut 7. Then, the reinforcement is applied to the base material and fastened with a nut 10 with a large circular washer 9 and thus the existing base material and the reinforcement are integrated.
