<p>A movable flap (24) is attached to the front strut (10) of a vehicle in order to deflect the water splashed from the road onto the side window. The deflector element (24) is joined to a rotating shaft provided with a crank (30) acting on a lever arrangement (38) positioned between the crank (30) and the deflector (24). The deflector (24) is pulled towards the strut (10) by the lever arrangement (38) when not in use in order to form a level surface with the adjacent body components (20,22).</p> |
