A method for manufacturing an embedded antenna of a mobile terminal is provided to make a standardized embedded antenna for all mobile terminals by using a ground variable compensating unit. An antenna element includes an antenna carrier(g), which is made of a synthetic resin, such as a polycarbonate. An antenna pattern(h) is screen-printed on a surface of the antenna carrier by using a conductive metal paste. A ground variable compensating unit(k) is manufactured by using a metal plate, such that an effect of a ground atmosphere of a mobile phone circuit portion is suppressed. The ground variable compensating unit is coupled with the antenna element by using a slot-type connector(j).
