PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network system which can achieve cognitive wireless communication. SOLUTION: A plurality of cognitive terminals CAT1 and CAT2 are arranged on the lowermost layer. A plurality of cognitive base stations CBS1 and cognitive access points CAP1 are arranged on the upper layer of the plurality of cognitive terminals CAT1 and CAT2. A plurality of cognitive gateways CGW1 and CGW2 are arranged on the upper layer of the plurality of cognitive base stations CBS1 and cognitive access points CAP1. A global home register GHR 1 is arranged on the upper layer of the plurality of cognitive gateways CGW1 and CGW2. For example, the cognitive terminal CAT1 performs cognitive wireless communication with other network 200 by two or more lines via the cognitive base station CBS1, the cognitive gateway CGW1, and the global home register GHR1.
