<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection and adjustment system of electronic apparatuses, in which manufacturing, inspection, adjustment, and sorting can be distriluted into a plurality of areas, and thereby productivity and quality are improved, the rise of costs is suppressed and various information obtained by respective processes is effectively utilized. <P>SOLUTION: On the side of production facilities, the manufacturing and photographing of electronic apparatuses 11 and the measurement of characteristics are performed. Then each electronic apparatus 11 is transported from the production facility side to the adjustment/sorting side. During the transportation, the images and characteristics of the electronic apparatus 11 to be inspected are inspected and calculated and transmitted to the adjustment/sorting side in the market through the Internet. When information indicating the images and characteristics of the electronic apparatus 11 is received on the adjustment/sorting side, the sorting judgment contents and characteristic adjustment contents of appearance are found out by using the information, and when the electronic apparatus 11 arrives, the sorting of the electronic apparatus 11 and the adjustment of the characteristics are performed in accordance with the sorting judgment contents of the appearance and characteristic adjustment contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
