PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel-less and pollution-free power machine rotating a shaft by using the theory of terrestrial gravitation and a centrifugal force to protect the global environment and all mankind. SOLUTION: At a position (A), as the center of a horizontally-movable rotor plate 2 lies at the right of the rotary main shaft 1, the right side is heavy and all parts attached to the shaft 1 and a main rotor plate 8 start rotating right. They rotate past (B) and are temporarily stopped rotating at a position (C). A fixed position securing device of a weight 3 lying on the left side at that time is released and the plate 2 supporting the two weights 3, which is inclined, simultaneously starts moving to the right by means of moving rollers 4. When the weight 3 on the right side moves to the right and reaches a position (D), it is secured at a fixed position by a needle bearing 5 and a spring 6 which are wound around the shaft 1. The weight 3 on the left side which is released from the fixation when it reaches the position (C) moves to the left and bounces up to the position (A) by the action of the bearing 5. When they reach the position (A), the temporary rotation stop is released, and at the same time, since the center of the plate 2 supporting the two weights 3 lies at the right of the shaft 1, the right side is heavy and the rotation is continued.
