PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized optical fiber code housing body capable of treating excess length of an optical fiber code without giving locally large bending stress thereto. SOLUTION: A holding member of almost rectangular shape has a holding part of U-shape formed at one edge and having a frontage at an outer side thereof, a plate-shaped part constituting a central part, a long hole bored in a longitudinal direction of the plate-shaped part and a pair of projections provided projectingly at one side face of another edge. The body for housing optical fiber code excess length is provided with a pair of holding members in which two holding members are combined and are freely slidably brought into slide contact with each other in the longitudinal direction so as to hold each other's plate-shaped parts by the projections and a supporting body in which a column part penetrating the long hole of the holding member freely slidably in the longitudinal direction is disposed at an upper part thereof. Then, the holding members are fixed to a printed substrate, etc., via the supporting body and excess length of the optical fiber code is wound and in the holding part in annular shape. |
