PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor that further improves an ESR (electron spin resonance) reduction effect. SOLUTION: The laminated solid electrolytic capacitor of a multiterminal structure has a laminated element 11 composed of a plurality of single-plate capacitors 10, 10 laminated via a conductive adhesive layer 6. Each single-plate capacitor 10 includes an anode as one side of a valve action metal 1, an insulator of an oxide film layer 2 formed on the surface of the other side of the valve action metal 1, and a cathode of a solid electrolytic layer 3 formed on the oxide film layer 2.
