PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder pad excellent in air permeability, taking no time nor trouble in production, keeping its shape better, and friendly to the human body. SOLUTION: The shoulder pad 12 fixes the shape of the shoulder part 10a of a garment, and is arranged on the inside of a face fabric and ventilated through the shoulder part 10a. The shoulder part 10a of the garment is made of a mesh fabric A. The shoulder pad 12 is provided with a lot of infinite-shape air holes connected via resin string-like bodies for connection.
