PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer capable of reducing the load to the rotary mechanism of a cuvet wheel by a simple constitution and capable of miniaturizing the rotary mechanism. SOLUTION: The autoanalyzer 1 for analyzing a liquid sample on the basis of absorbance is equipped with a light source 15 for emitting measuring light, a large number of containers 14 which house the liquid sample and arranged in an annular state, a bending optical element 21 arranged to the center of the annular arrangement of a large number of the containers not only to receive the incident of measuring light but also to bend the incident measuring light to irradiate at least one container, mirrors 22a-22d for reflecting the measuring lights transmitted through the containers toward the bending optical element, a half mirror 23 for branching the reflected lights reflected by the mirrors and bent by the bending optical element 21 from the light path of the measuring light emitted from the light source to be thrown on the bending optical element 21, a loop dispersing element 24 for spectrally diffracting the branched reflected lights and a light detection part 26 for detecting the light spectrally diffracted by the loop dispersing element 24.
