<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print-out whole image data only by one printing operation even when a large amount of image data, which is designated with a specified user as a distribution object, is stored. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a user specifying means for specifying the user to perform the printing operation; a storage control means for performing control to store the image data included in an image storage command in an image storage means when a storage command receiving means receives the image storage command, determine the distribution object designated by the image storage command, and store the determined distribution object in response to the image data; and a control means for performing control to retrieve the image data, which is the data with the user specified by the user specifying means as the distribution object, in the image storage means when a printing operation receiving means receives the printing operation, extract the whole image data, which is the data with the user as the distribution object, from the image storage means, and print out the image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
