PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a veneer from being reeled up under folded state upon reeling. SOLUTION: A roll 170 is pressed down to round a bending arm 172 in an anti-clockwise direction by adjusting a diameter of a reeling ball 192 to larger one stepwise, whereby a concave part 184 installed in a bending arm 172 presses a load cell 182, and when the load detected by the load cell 182 increases up to 600 g, a control device 60c rounds a screw 38 in such a way as to go upward a holding plate 51, and when the load decreases down to 500 g, a signal for controlling a servo motor 41 is generated in such a way that rounding of the screw 38 stops.
