A crawler belt 1 includes a shoe plate main body 31 having a connecting surface 31B to face a track link 2; a damping member 33 having laminated plates and a retainer plate which are laminated on the connecting surface 31B of the shoe plate main body 31; and a fastening member 6 fastening the shoe plate main body 31, the laminated plates and the retainer plate while holding the laminated plates in a mutually slidable state. Since the laminated plates can slide from each other, great damping effect can be obtained, thereby reducing noise from the crawler belt 1.
