<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegal access protection device capable of appropriately carrying out a renewal of a pattern file data without publicly disclosing an IP address of the protection device itself. SOLUTION: An IP packet related to a renewal requirement of an illegal access pattern file data appended with an IP address of a Web server 24 is prepared and the IP packet data is transmitted to a pattern file data server 50. When a identifier appended by the pattern file data server 50 is included in the IP packet data transmitted from the pattern file data server 50, it is judged that the IP packet data is the illegal access pattern file data and a renewing processing is carried out to a data base 413C. When the identifier is not included in the IP packet data, it is judged that the IP packet data is the Web site data and it is transmitted to the Web server 22.</p> |
