A transfer device of board fixing hangers in a method of plating copper on boards vertically and continuously, which is manufactured and repaired easily and reduces the manufacturing cost and the working hour by transferring the hangers and a transfer belt through hanger gears, thereby simplifying the structure of the transfer device, is provided. In a transfer device comprising a transfer belt on which grooves are formed in a predetermined gap, and hangers which are installed at an upper side of the transfer belt, to which boards(9) are held, and which have a plurality of supporting members slantly fixed to an upper portion of one surface thereof such that a catching projection is inclined in a direction on the supporting members, a transfer device of board fixing hangers in a method of plating copper on boards vertically and continuously comprises: a transfer belt(2) which has teeth formed on an upper portion thereof in a predetermined gap, and is rotatably installed at an upper side of a plating line; a hanger body(1) having clamping holes(3) formed at both sides of an upper portion of one surface thereof; and hanger gears(5) to which clutch bearings(4) for preventing reverse rotation are respectively clamped, and of which shafts(6) are respectively clamped into the clamping holes such that the hanger gears engage with teeth formed on the upper portion of the transfer belt.
